Delivery

As these items can weigh over 250kg (50st), deliveries are made once enough orders are due for an area to make it cost effective.
The driver is an expert in moving the pieces once he arrives to you, and can place the itemswhere you desire.
Delivery times vary, though are usually made in 3-5 weeks after ordering, depending on demand and routes for delivery during these times.
Once a delivery date is organised on your route, you shall be contacted by phone. If you are not able to be home at the time of delivery, the items can be left in a convenient place for you at your home.
Please inspect the items carefully before signing for them if signature is required, otherwise we cannot accept returns or refund requests.

Refunds & returns

You have the right to cancel an order, and return any items within 7 days of delivery for any reason. A full refund shall be given within 28 days of the product being returned.

Returns are made at the customers own cost unless an error was made on the part of Southern Ornaments. Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition.

Variations

Due to the items being handmade there are sometimes slight variations to the finishes, and images are only as a guide. Therefore Southern Ornaments cannot be responsible in this event.
